AceShowbiz - Lea Michele has stepped on a red carpet for the first time since announcing her pregnancy. When making an appearance at the 2024 Hope Rising Benefit, the actress portraying Rachel Berry on "Glee" happily flaunted her baby bump.
On Friday, April 5, the 37-year-old actress made use of her Instagram page to upload a series of photos from the event, which was held one day prior. In the pictures, it could be seen that she was in good spirits when she attended the event.
For the red carpet appearance, Lea looked vibrant in a bright red dress. The gown, which was long enough to trail behind as she walked, came with an attached gold necklace and halter neck design. She showed off her upper back as the dress featured a backless design.
To match with the attached necklace, Lea put on a gold bracelet on one of her wrists and a pair of matching pointed-toe high heels. She also donned a number of rings. In addition, her long dark-colored tresses cascaded down her back. She styled them in waves and parted them in the middle to frame her face.
Along with the photos, the Valentina Barella depicter on "The Mayor" wrote in the caption of the post, "Beautiful evening at the Hope Rising benefit honoring all of the incredible work that they do." Near the end of it, she let out a red heart emoji.
The post came less than two weeks after Lea broke the pregnancy news. On Wednesday, March 27, she took to Instagram to reveal that she and her husband Zandy Reich are expecting their second child. She debuted her baby bump by uploading a series of photos capturing herself embracing the growing belly. In the caption of the post, she penned, "Mommy, Daddy and Ever are overjoyed," adding a yellow heart emoji.
The "Scream Queens" star and her entrepreneur husband are already parents to their first child, a son named Ever Leo Reich. She spilled that they were expecting their firstborn on May 2, 2020 before welcoming him on August 20, 2020.
