AceShowbiz - Harvey Guillen refused to go with a traditional suit when making an appearance at the 95th award show. Being different from other male guests, he hit the red carpet in a black suit dress over a white button-up shirt. The tuxedo gown came with two long sleeves and flared out on its lower part.
