AceShowbiz - Ireland Baldwin has made fun of Alec Baldwin's big brood with her birthday gift. While celebrating her 28th birthday, the eldest daughter of the "Drunk Parents" actor and actress Kim Basinger revealed that she gifted herself a genetic testing kit.

On Monday, October 23, the model uploaded a photo featuring an at-home genetic testing kit that she bought for her birthday. The kit came in a white box with a label that read, "Saliva collection kit." Along with the snap, she wrote in the caption of the post, "Happy birthday gift to me."

"A cool way to find out how many other siblings I might have out there and see just how white I really am," Ireland continued. She further exclaimed, "Cheers and thank you for all the birthday wishes!"

It did not take long for the post to be flooded with online responses. In the comments section, one Instagram user revealed, "Got Ancestry for my 45th birthday. Opened up a s**t ton of unexpected siblings and a whole different father. Yeah, good times." Another chimed in, "Been there done that! Proceed with caution and strong mental health."

The comments did not stop there as a third penned, "Changed my life. Found out I have a different father from the one who raised me. My mother had to tell me the truth of her affair and I now have 3 more brothers." A fourth wrote, "Be sure to post updates for us. No better way for your dad to find out he has more kids than on social media!"

In addition to Ireland, her father Alec has seven other children with Hilaria Baldwin, whom he married in June 2012. The 65-year-old actor and his 39-year-old yoga instructor wife share 10-year-old Carmen, 8-year-old Rafael, 7-year-old Leonardo, 5-year-old Romeo, 3-year-old Eduardo and 2-year-old Maria Lucia as well as 1-year-old Ilaria together.

Before tying the knot with Hilaria, Alec was known for his marriage to actress Kim. The former couple was married from 1993 to 2002. They have Ireland together.
