AceShowbiz - Bradley Cooper's alleged romance with Gigi Hadid appeared to have taken Irina Shayk "by surprise." The Russian model reportedly "is not happy" with the "Silver Linings Playbook" actor and the Victoria's Secret model's current stance a few weeks after the two sparked dating rumors.
Speaking to Page Six, a source revealed how the 37-year-old beauty felt about her former partner's budding romance with Gigi. The source spilled, "Irina is not happy with Bradley for dating another supermodel, but one who is younger." The source went on to say, "It took her by surprise."
Not stopping there, the insider claimed that Irina has been attempting to look as stunning as possible every time she is pictured by paparazzi. The insider stated, "She's saying, 'Look baby, I'm still hot.' "
The new report about Irina's reaction to Bradley and Gigi's alleged romance came nearly two weeks after it was claimed that Irina had a significant role in the rumored couple's relationship. "Gigi was introduced to Bradley through Irina and their mutual friends in the industry," a source spoke to The Messenger on October 12.
"Gigi and Irina have been close over the years while working together, and Gigi and Bradley have hung out before, but it has always been friendly in social settings," the source continued. "Gigi and Bradley were in touch recently, and were bonding over their daughters, when Bradley asked her out. He pursued her and she was definitely interested and excited. They have been casually seeing each other but it is extremely new."
Gigi and Bradley have been romantically linked since their first public appearance on October 5. The two were having dinner at Via Carota in New York City and were spotted getting into the same car while leaving the restaurant with her security guard. Since then, they have been hanging out together. The rumored couple even had a getaway at a luxury hotel in Bucks County, Pennsylvania near her mother Yolanda Hadid's Bucks County horse farm.
Previously, Bradley was in a romantic relationship with Irina. The two were dating for around five years before calling it quits back in 2019. The former couple has daughter Lea De Seine, who was born on March 21, 2017 in Los Angeles.
