The 'Billy Lynn's Long Halftime Walk' actor steps out to attend Celine's Cannes 2023 dinner in France following report that he was 'distraught' by his ex's new romance with Matty Healy.

AceShowbiz - Joe Alwyn has stepped out for his first official public appearance since his breakup with Taylor Swift. The British actor attended Celine's dinner at Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc during the 76th annual Cannes Film Festival in the South of France on Monday, May 22.
In photos taken at the event hosted by Hedi Slimane, the 32-year-old looked cool and chill as he donned a trendy black suit atop a pale pink satin button-down, which he left partially unbuttoned to show his white undershirt, and black pants.
He accessorized with chic black sunglasses, a simple gold chain and classy black dress shoes. His blonde locks were gelled in a textured style as he rocked a manicured goatee.
Kaia Gerber, Future, V of BTS (Bangtan Boys), "Elvis" actress Olivia DeJonge, Lisa of BLACKPINK and South Korean actor Park Bo-gum were among celebrity guests at the event.
News of Joe and Taylor's split first broke in April. Just weeks later, on May 3, rumors surfaced that the pop superstar has moved on by dating Matty Healy. "She and Matty are madly in love. It's super-early days, but it feels right," a source told The Sun, before assuring, "Taylor and Joe actually split up back in February, so there was absolutely no crossover."
Daily Mail recently reported that Joe was unhappy that his former longtime girlfriend has moved on so quickly following their split. "Joe feels slighted and is distraught after seeing her budding relationship with Matt," a source reportedly with inside knowledge about the situation told the outlet, adding that the "Mary Queen of Scots" star "is doing his best to keep busy and focus on himself."
"Joe was aware that Taylor and Matt were making music together and collaborating. She told him that they had become friends and he trusted her," the source continued, though noting that there wasn't "overlap" between Taylor's two romances.
