Someone says the 'Gray Man' actor looks like 'grandpa Ken' in Greta Gerwig's live-action adaptation of the famous doll line after Warner Bros. releases the new promo video that shows their lives on Barbie Land.

AceShowbiz - Welcome to Barbie Land. Warner Bros. Pictures has given a look at the idyllic life in the plastic world by unleashing a new teaser trailer for "Barbie". The video shows the magical land dominated with pastel colors, where all they do are seemingly just having fun, singing, dancing and cruising around the town.

The teaser hints at the characters' naivete as at one point, Ryan Gosling's Ken tells Margot Robbie's Barbie, "I thought I might stay over tonight." A clueless Barbie asks, "Why?" to which he replies, "Because we're girlfriend, boyfriend." When Barbie asks again, "To do what?" he responds, "I'm actually not sure."

Toward the end of the video, it appears that Barbie crosses dimensions with Ken tagging along. "I'm coming with ya," Ken declares. "Did you bring your rollerblades?" an exasperated Barbie asks, seemingly expecting to be disappointed, but he unexpectedly responds, "I literally go nowhere without them!"

Following the debut of the trailer, social media users were roasting Ryan over his appearance as Ken in the movie. "He looks like grandpa ken," one person claimed. Another tweeted a gif of "The Office" cast snickering during a blooper on set, writing, "me in the theater watching barbie every time ryan gosling's ken says anything."

A third weighed in, "The Kens are just not Kenning for me i'm sorry. But i'll be seated regardless." Another agreed with the movie's tagline which reads, "She's everything. He's just Ken," giving it "5 STARS."

Someone, however, disagreed with the trolls and hit back, "and F**K everybody that was against ryan gosling as ken!!"

"Barbie" is directed by Greta Gerwig from a screenplay written by herself and Noah Baumbach. Also starring in the movie are Kate McKinnon, Alexandra Shipp, America Ferrera, Will Ferrell and "And Just Like That..." actor Hari Nef.

The movie is set to hit U.S. theaters on July 21.
