Ice Spice Unveils Six-Track EP 'Like…?'

The 23-year-old female rapper, who has been going viral since releasing her hit single 'Munch (Feelin' U)', adds three new songs on the EP in addition to her previously-released singles.

AceShowbiz - Ice Spice just surprised fans with a new EP called "Like…?". Released on Friday, January 20, the RIOTUSA-produced project features six tracks in total, including previously-released singles "Munch (Feelin' U)", "Bikini Bottom" and "In Ha Mood".

The 23-year-old femcee, whose real name is Isis Gaston, added three more songs. They are "Princess Diana", "Gangsta Boo" with Lil Tjay as well as "Actin a Smoochie", making the set last a mere 15 minutes.

On "In Ha Mood", Ice Spice brags about being a "pretty b***h" who "came from the gutter." She also calls herself, a "pretty b***h like Lauren with a big a** butt." On "Princess Diana", meanwhile, she appropriates a TikTok meme comparing her to the late British royal.

Ice Spice has been going viral since dropping her hit single "Munch (Feelin' U)". Arriving on August 10, 2022, the song landed at No. 34 on Billboard's Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart, beating up "Church Girl" by Beyonce Knowles, "Gotta Move On" by Sean "P. Diddy" Combs and "Die Hard" by Kendrick Lamar.

The accomplishment led her to be named BET's Amplified Artist of December 2022. It meant the female rapper received the platform's official stamp of rap game approval.

Ice Spice has previously admitted that she's inspired by the likes of Nicki Minaj, Lil' Kim and Cardi B, whom she called "all of the greats." She additionally told Billboard, "I'm definitely inspired by Lauryn Hill and Erykah Badu. But I definitely want to like have my own lane. Where like, it's just it's mine. And not like really copying somebody."

As for Nicki, Cardi and Kim, Ice Spice said, "It's them being from New York of course. That New York swag and aggression and bad b***hness." She further noted, "When it comes to Lauryn and Erykah, they give a graceful angelic vibe of timeless beauty. All of them are icons."
