AceShowbiz - Beyonce Knowles is showing off her sexiness in a clickbait music video for "Break My Soul". Arriving on Thursday, August 4, the four-minute and thirty-six-second long video shows the 28-time Grammy winner getting sultry as she hops back on her holographic horse.
The 40-year-old R&B star is only featured in the first 20 seconds of the clip. Despite her brief appearance, she manages to steal the show in a daring silver body harness, which she also wore on the cover of her new record, "Renaissance". The rest of the footage features a black screen with the album's name.
Prior to this, Beyonce treated fans to a four-song "Break My Soul" remix EP. The first song is a three-minute 58 seconds will.i.am remix of the "Renaissance" lead single, while DJ Terry Hunter provides a five-minute 30-second version. A six-minute 27 seconds Honey Dijon remix is the third song, and the final one is a mammoth nine-minute 54-second Nita Aviance Club Mix.
While Beyhive might be excited about Beyonce's new music, fellow musician Kelis clearly felt the opposite. The latter slammed the wife of Jay-Z for using the "Milkshake" sample for "Energy". The mother of Blue Ivy seemingly has caught wind of the criticism and decided to remove it from Apple Music and Tidal.
The "Crazy in Love" hitmaker also removed an offensive term for disabled people from the lyrics of the song "Heated". She announced the move earlier this week, after it was called "ableist" and "offensive" by disability charities and activists.
In the tune, which was co-written with rapper Drake, Beyonce used a derogatory term for spastic diplegia, a form of cerebral palsy, in the lines, "Spazzing on that a**, spaz on that a**."
A representative for the musician revealed the lyric will be changed. The rep said, "The word, not used intentionally in a harmful way, will be replaced."
