AceShowbiz - Jay Cutler may have just ruined his relationship with his friend. The estranged husband of Kristin Cavallari is accused of betraying his close friend by sleeping with the friend's wife.
Rumor has it, the former NFL star was recently caught "hooking up" with his friend's wife during a vacation and the friends "knows" about it. "Jay went on vacation with his kids and his friend and his wife and their kids," a so-called insider told In Touch of the alleged affair. "The husband and Jay are good friends and also neighbors. Their kids are all friends."
"While they were on the trip, Jay was hooking up with his wife," the source spilled. The friend allegedly learned that the two had been "hooking up for a long time" and "is pissed off." He reportedly decided to confront them about their reported romance.
Kristin is said to have been made aware of Jay's supposed affair. "The friend reached out to [ex-wife Kristin Cavallari], so that's how she found out," the source added. As to how the reality star reacted to the news, she allegedly just wants to "distance herself from all of this."
Kristin and Jay tied the knot in 2013 and welcomed their first child, a son named Camden, in August 2012. Their second son Jaxon was born in May 2014, while their third child and only daughter Saylor was born in November 2015.
In 2020, the pair announced they're getting a divorce, with Kristin accusing Jay of "such inappropriate marital conduct as renders further cohabitation unsafe and improper." She also cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason behind their breakup.
"With great sadness, after 10 years together we have come to a loving conclusion to get a divorce," they said in a joint statement shared on Instagram at the time. "We have nothing but love and respect for one another and are deeply grateful for the years shared, memories made, and the children we are so proud of. This is just the situation of two people growing apart. We ask everyone to respect our privacy as we navigate this difficult time within our family."
According to the new report, their divorce is close to being finalized.
