AceShowbiz - Lily Allen has sparked concerns anew about her wellbeing following her appearance at the 2021 Fashion Awards. Hitting the red carpet of the Monday, November 29, she caused her fans to worry as she shockingly looked skinny.

For the star-studded event held at the Royal Albert Hall, London, the English singer/songwriter showed some skin in a backless silver jumpsuit. The chic ensemble featured a blazer top which was paired with flared bottoms and a matching belt.

Seeing the star at the Fashion Awards, many were quick to voice their concerns over Lily's skinny look. "Is she okay? She looks like she's suffering from an ED," one person raised a question. Another responded to the question, "Whatever is going on, I hope she stays healthy."

A third Internet user said, "She looks like she may be sick, an ED wasn't my first thought but who knows. Hope she gets well!" A fourth pointed out, "Her skin is so sunken in, my god!"

"She looks sick," another remarked. Someone else agreed as saying, "Definitely looks like an illness. I wish her well." Another concerned fan wrote, "I wish her good health."

Meanwhile, another person told the commenters to stop speculating about Lily's appearance. "Y'all just don't stop talking about people's physical appearances when you don't actually know what's wrong with them... What if she is sick with an illness that's not an eating disorder? Why not just wish a person well?" the said commenter said.

Several months ago, Lily has personally clapped back at a troll for body shaming her. After she shared a clip promoting her interview on "The Lateish Show with Mo Gilligan" in July, a follower said they were "worried" about her. "I feel like we've grown up together and I've never seen you this thin," the commenter wrote. "Your fans care about you, your health, and we love you very much. Please take care dear."

Lily later shut down the commenter as responding, "You've never seen me two years completely sober, not smoking and exercising every day."
