AceShowbiz - Kelly Dodd and Vicki Gunvalson have flaunted their newfound friendship. After years of feuding, the former "The Real Housewives of Orange County" stars were seen reuniting in a new video.
The happy moment was shared on Kelly's Instagram Story on Wednesday night, October 20. The clip saw Kelly promising to find Vicki, who recently called off her engagement to Steve Lodge, a new man, with the help of another OC alum, Tamra Judge.
"Ok, we figured it out, me and Tamra are gonna find you a man," Kelly told Vicki, before adding, "We're gonna go out in her family van." Vicki was then seen nodding in agreement. "Yes, we are," Vicki said. "A blue family fan."
"We're gonna find her a man," Kelly reiterated, before asking her husband Rick Leventhal, "Is that OK?" Joining in the fun, Rick joked, "I'm going along for the ride, OK? You're not going without me."
Kelly first confirmed that she and Vicky had squashed their beef in an interview back in December 2019. "I mean, I wish the best for Vicki," Kelly told Entertainment Tonight at the time. "I don't want to hold onto grudges with her, but I wish Vicki the best, I really do."
The happy dinner of Kelly and Vicky took place after the latter split with Steve in September, two years after they were engaged. "It's taken me a day to be able to make a statement after the press started writing about Steve and I. Yes, the rumors are true. The time has come for Steve and I to move forward or move on and we are... moving on," Kelly confirmed the separation. "There is no fault with either person, we are just going in different directions."
The 59-year-old former reality TV star added, "I wish him the best life has to offer and to be happy, and he has wished the same for me. I gave it my all, but sometimes the 'ALL' isn’t enough," adding that she and Steve "have no further comment."
Vicky, however, accused Steve of cheating on her. Of her ex-fiance, she said, "He used me, he lied to me, he's been dating a 36-year-old and is not what he portrays himself to be. No Christian man would do what he's done." In a separate comment, she added, "While I was out of town working on a biz trip, he took her to my condo in Mexico! He's been flaunting around my town in OC making out in public places. It's disgusting."
Steve denied the allegations in a statement. The absolute lies she is now spreading on social media are very disappointing and disingenuous, to say the least." the politician said. "But I cannot say I'm surprised. She should not be dragging Tamra or anyone else into her lies."
