AceShowbiz - Sarah Hyland has a message to fans who want to get themselves hair transformation amid the coronavirus quarantine. Shortly after debuting her new bright red hair on social media, the actress known as Haley Dunphy on "Modern Family" begged her followers not to do their own at-home hair bleaching.
On Tuesday, May 19, the fiancee of Wells Adams made use of Instagram Story to inform fans, "Please don't bleach your hair at home. That scares me." Along with the plea, she noted that her current hair color was only "temporary." In a separate post, she revealed that the current color was actually a mistake. "It was supposed to be pink," she confessed. "Thanks, Venus Retrograde."
Despite the mistake, the 29-year-old admitted in an Instagram post that she was proud of herself for the successful at-home dye. "I did this all by myself! Very proud," she noted along with four selfies showing off her vibrant red locks. She also made a reference to Princess Ariel by quoting song lyric from "The Little Mermaid", "I wanna be where the people are..."
Sarah's new look has apparently excited several other former Disney stars. Michelle Trachtenberg wrote in the comment section, "Omfg. Should I do this?! What day is it?! You look better than a New York pretzel from a shady cart in front [of the] @metmuseum," while Vanessa Hudgens gushed, "Werrrrrrrrlklkklkll" and Debby Ryan simply exclaimed, "SARAH!!!"
This hair transformation came just days after she joked about marrying Wells at City Hall. Celebrating her reality TV personality fiance's 36th birthday on May 16, she wrote, "You're a dream come true and my true north. Who knows? Maybe we'll get married at city hall and use this picture as our announcement... I love you more than words can say. To Pluto and Back Baby. Happy Birthday."
This was not the first time Sarah ditched her signature brunette locks for something different. Back in April 2017, the "Struck by Lightning" actress has gone full blonde. At the time, she shared her new look via an Instagram post that she captioned, "Oh yeah. I'm a blonde now."
