AceShowbiz - Padma Lakshmi is not here for body shamers. The model/TV personality, who has never been shy to show some skin, has been criticized and called "immoral" after she posted on Instagram a video in which she cooked without wearing a bra. Taking the high road, she has responded to those haters without losing her sense of humor.

On Monday, April 14, the "Top Chef" host posted another cooking video in which she demonstrated how to make lasagna with white ragu. The India-born beauty dressed comfortably in a blue bra top, flashing her midriff.

In the caption, she noted the hateful messages she had received for her earlier video. "I got some comments last time that it was immoral for me to not wear a bra in my own kitchen during the quarantine," she wrote, before jokingly telling them that she adhered to their request by wearing two bras this time. "So those people should be happy to note that I'm wearing two today," she added.

On a serious note, Padma reminded her fans and followers to stop judging women and their bodies. "But seriously, let's not police women's bodies in 2020 ok?" she implored.

The video in question was posted by the author and food enthusiast on Thursday, April 9 and featured her cooking chicken tagine while wearing a sleeveless gray dress. She appeared to be braless as her nipples poked out of her form-fitting dress.

While some people gave her a hard time for her wardrobe choice, many others have come to her defense. "There's not a chance in hell I'm wearing a bra in my own home unless I have guests (and even then it depends)," one Instagram user related with Padma.

"We're all here for the cooking which has been amazing. I never even noticed what @padmalakshmi was wearing. Damn grow up," another told the haters. Someone else clapped back at the critics, "why are you so uncomfortable with a fellow woman's nipple? And, why do you feel the need to shame another woman for that? Incomprehensible."
