AceShowbiz - Hayden Panettiere's boyfriend Brian Hickerson has been arrested again. He was taken into police custody in the early morning of Valentine's Day in Jackson, Wyoming after allegedly hitting the actress "with a closed fist on the right side of her face."

Hickerson was in the driveway when the cops arrived at the residence that the couple shared. According to the caller, he was locked out of the house following his altercation with his girlfriend.

When asked if he hit her, Hickerson said he "wouldn't be accused of bulls**t" because there's a private chef present when they're arguing. The chef admitted he's at the house when the couple got into a heated argument but he left before the alleged violence broke out.

The former "Nashville" star told the officers Hickerson threw her around and punched her in the bedroom. She showed a swollen face and her left hand looked to be injured.

Hickerson was charged with domestic battery. He refused to identify himself so he was slapped with an additional charge of interfering with a police officer.

It's second time Brian Hickerson was accused of domestic violence. He was arrested in May 2019 for allegedly roughing up Hayden Panettiere. He pleaded not guilty and the charge was dropped due to a lack of witnesses and the restraining order against the actress was lifted.

The couple got back together. "Everything was totally OK," she defended her reconciliation with Hickerson. She also claimed her family supported her decision, "My family knows that I'm smart enough to make my own decisions. There was never a problem."

Hayden Panettiere was previously engaged to former boxing champ Wladimir Klitschko. They share a daughter named Kaya. The "Heroes" alum suffered from post-partum depression following her labor and her daughter lived with her former fiance after their split. "She knows the child being with her is not best for [Kaya right now]," an insider stated. "It's a sad situation."
