The 'Red Sonja' actress reveals in a TV interview that she hit Madge during a nightclub catfight and then hooked up with the singer's then-husband to get revenge.

AceShowbiz - Brigitte Nielsen has revealed she gave Madonna an "open handed" slap round the face after the singer kept stepping on her feet in a Los Angeles nightclub in 1987.
The 56-year-old actress opened up about the altercation as she guest hosted U.S. TV show "The Talk" on Monday, November 11, telling her fellow panelists, "In 1987, I was at a club downtown with her and she kept stepping on my feet."
Adding that the slap was given with an "open hand" and had a big impact considering "she's not very big and I'm a giant," Brigitte laughed that the slap had very fast consequences.
"I remember just six big guys picked me up - and that was fair enough I mean I probably shouldn't have done it - and I was out of the club," the 6ft 1in Danish screen star giggled.
Brigitte continued to get revenge on Madonna by "having a one-night stand with Sean Penn a couple of months later in the south of France."
Madonna and Sean got divorced in 1989, while Brigitte split from her then-husband Sylvester Stallone in 1987.
