Honey Boo Boo Tries to Be 'Player', Claims Guys 'Slip Into My DMs' Every Day

The 'Here Comes Honey Boo Boo' star further alludes that she plays hard to get despite the endless flirty messages.

AceShowbiz - Honey Boo Boo (Alana Thompson) is no longer the cute little girl people used to see on "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo". The 15-year-old TV star recently revealed in a new interview that now that she's growing older, several guys are trying to hit on her on social media.

Alongside her sister Pumpkin a.k.a. Lauryn Shannon, Alana stopped by Us Weekly studio ahead of season 3 premiere of "Mama June: From Not to Hot". "Now that Alana is older, she is trying to be a player-player," Lauryn spilled.

Alana then claimed, "I get that every day. Another dud slips into my DMs. I'm just like, 'Delete.' " The former pageant star added, "What I normally do … they're like, 'Hey. … Oh, you’re beautiful.' I'm like, 'Thanks.' Then I go and look at their profile, and they look bad. I just, 'Bye.' "

Her older sister has offered her some advice about guys, saying, "I try to tell Alana that it doesn't matter how the person looks. It just matters about their attitude towards you, their personality." Lauryn, who got married in April 2018, went on saying, "Their looks are just a plus."

Alana then revealed that she "got my eyes on one guy. I got my eye on a prize." Later, her sister alluded that Alana's crushing on Tristan Ianiero, her pro-dancer partner on "Dancing with the Stars Juniors". "You love Tristan. You love him," Lauryn pestered her.

Meanwhile, Alana and Lauryn's mom June Shannon (Mama June) was arrested at a gas station in Alabama on March 13 for drug possession. The arrest came after the pair were caught having a confrontation, prompting a witness to report the couple's alleged fight to police.

When police arrived, "they saw enough to arrest Geno Doak for domestic violence/harassment, felony possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia," according to TMZ. As for June, she was booked for felony possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

There's no word on how much their bails were set at, but June seems to have walked free from jail since she was able to tweet about the upcoming season 3 premiere of "Mama June: From Not to Hot". "Sorry I'm so late starting tweeting the show but don't forget to watch the most outrageous moments right now and I will be tweeting and line through both shows let's get ready to start the season off good," she wrote on Friday.
