AceShowbiz - Jennifer Lopez made a grand entrance at the New York City premiere of her new movie "Second Act". Hitting the gray carpet at Regal Union Square on Wednesday, December 12, the 49-year-old singer/actress wowed in a hot pink tulle gown with a high skirt on the front side and lower on the back, cascading into a long, dramatic train.
The leading star of the romantic comedy movie paired the couture creation by Giambattista Valli with silver platform heels and matching clutch. She added a touch of glamor with a diamond bracelet, rings and earrings, while her long hair was pulled up in a high and tight bun.
J.Lo appeared to have a little trouble coming out of her car in the dress as she almost took a tumble, but her boyfriend Alex Rodriguez who accompanied her to the event was there to hold her. Looking sharp in a dark coat and matching trousers, the former baseball star looked so proud of his girlfriend as he couldn't help taking a snap of her with his cellphone on the red carpet.
Before heading to the event, A-Rod shared a silly photo with the "On the Floor" hitmaker in their premiere outfits. He joked about the inspiration behind J.Lo's dress, writing in the caption, "I think she was inspired by my Pink Panther look."
J.Lo told ET Online about her outfit of the night, "I love the color, number one, and then the drama of it." She added that she worked together with her stylists to create her looks, claiming, "We had a lot of fun."
