The dancer/actor, who is best known for portraying Ren McCormack in the 2011 'Footloose' remake, claims in the divorce papers that he split from Danielly De Silva in 2015 after only one year of marriage.

AceShowbiz - Kenny Wormald, who is best known for his role as Ren McCormack in 2011's "Footloose", has dropped a bomb, or two to be exact at the same time. The dancer/actor shocked everyone as it's revealed that he has been married to his girlfriend Danielly De Silva since 2014, but now he's divorcing his wife.

The Blast reports that the 34-year-old filed the divorce papers last week. In the documents, he listed July 2014 as the marriage date and claimed that he split from his now-estranged wife in September 2015, just a little over a year after they tied the knot.

Kenny and Danielly have no children together, but the site notes that Kenny is seeking spousal support from the model.

While Kenny and Danielly went public as a couple in 2013, their relationship was relatively under the radar and most people didn't know they were married, let alone they're heading to splitsville. While Kenny has not addressed his divorce on social media, he has apparently moved on by dating English singer and dancer Lauren Bennett, who is also his ex-girlfriend.

On June 23, he declared his love to the blonde beauty while giving her a birthday shout-out. "HAPPY BIRTHDAY @laurenbennett I love you more than anything," he wrote in a caption of an intimate picture showing them lying on a bed.

In another post dated June 27, he shared a photo from their tropical vacation. He wrote in the caption, "Back in LA... thank you so much @suenostulum we loved it and can't wait to come back!!! @laurenbennett." In the image, Lauren cozied up to her hunky boyfriend and put her lips close to his face.

Kenny previously dated Pussycat Dolls' member Ashley Roberts.

His love relationship aside, Kenny appeared on MTV's reality series "Dancelife", which was executive produced by Jennifer Lopez. He recently landed a guest-starring role on "Fear the Walking Dead".
