AceShowbiz - After news broke that Ariana Grande and Pete Davidson are engaged, fans expect to receive all details about the surprise proposal. While the pair remain mum on the supposed happy news, people have been speculating if a ring that she sports on that finger is the one that the comedian used to propose to her.

The ring in question features a huge diamond cut which appears to be an oval shape and is at least 20 carats. Fans notice she started to wear the new sparkler just a couple of weeks ago. The bling was also seen in photos taken from her mother Joan's birthday dinner last weekend.

A source told PEOPLE about the new lovers' fast-paced relationship, "It's a recent engagement. They're just two people who found love quickly and make each other happy all the time. They both started talking about it this past weekend. It's nothing they've been hiding."

Another source added, "All I know about the ring is that it's big."

Meanwhile, Us Weekly's source said that the "Into You" songstress and the "Saturday Night Live" star "were telling people that they're engaged" at Robert Pattinson's birthday party in Los Angeles on Saturday, June 9. While the engagement came just weeks after they started dating, they're reportedly not planning a wedding yet.

"They are a perfect fit. They are not rushing to get married," another source said. "Their friends are really excited and supportive." The source added, "They are both constantly making each other laugh. Their moms have met. They've been very public with their relationship on social media, and they are very in love."

Another source chimed in, "They are looking forward to a very long engagement together."

Prior to dating each other, Ariana and Pete just broke up with Mac Miller and Cazzie David, respectively.
