AceShowbiz - Ariana Grande, 24, spent her Memorial Day weekend with comedian Pete Davidson, 24, as they were seen roasting marshmallow together in a short Instagram Story Ariana shared to her 120 million followers on Monday night, May 28. The video indicated that they're officially dating.
The black-and-white video saw Ariana and Pete sitting next to each other at the corner of a fire pit. The short video didn't feature their faces or words. There were only Pete's tattooed hand and Ariana's perfectly manicured hand which were seen very close to each other's while holding skewers with flaming marshmallows.
Earlier this month, PEOPLE reported that the pair were seeing each other. A source told PEOPLE that their relationship "just started" and "it's very casual."
This wasn't the first time the pop singer, who recently broke up with ex-boyfriend Mac Miller, has dropped a hint about her relationship with Pete. Ariana posted a selfie on her Instagram account on Saturday, May 26 with caption, "Last night boy, I met you when I was sleeeep you're such a dream to me."
On the other side, the "Saturday Night Live" star, who was diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder, defended his relationship with Ariana after some trolls said that he shouldn't be dating the singer for he has a health problem.
"I been hearing a lot of 'people with bpd can't be in a relationship' talk. I just wanna let you know that's not true. Just because someone has mental illness does not mean they can't be happy and in a relationship," Pete wrote on his Instagram Story. "It also doesn't mean that the person makes the relationship toxic. Everyone is different and there are lot of treatments for mental illness and I have done /am doing them," he explained to them.
