Can you imagine Nicki Minaj without her signature long tresses? Well, a new report shockingly suggested that the "No Frauds" raptress is now completely bald-headed after having a "tragic accident."

MediaTakeOut claims that alleged hair accident left the Trinidadian beauty with no hair on her head. "When I saw [Nicki] my mouth dropped - she's as bald as Amber Rose," says an insider to the site. "It looks cute on her though."

The site further says that Nicki's new bald look is what drives her to go M.I.A. in the past few weeks. "I think Nicki is getting used to her new [bald] look before she shows the world," adds the insider.

It is not explained though, how and when the alleged accident happened.

While it remains to be seen whether or not the "Anaconda" rapper is sporting a new bald look, it was previously said that Nicki's staying off social media since she's focusing on her new album. Nicki reportedly "has been working night and day in the studio with major producers and rappers like Lil Wayne, Mack Maine and other Young Money acts."

A source recently added that Nicki wanted to knock Cardi B off the top spot. "Cardi B took over the scene and has been breaking all these records. Anyone in their right mind would be like, 'I better step my game up.' She wants to be on top. It’s friendly competition. It's not a Remy Ma situation, but, Nicki definitely pays attention," a Nicki insider told Page Six TV.

Nicki previously resurfaced online through stunning photo shoot for Vogue. For the shoot, Nicki channeled her inner model as she looked effortlessly flawless. Showcasing the "new generation of designers," Nicki modeled several Calvin Klein looks. Nicki styled her locks in a bun while donning an evening shiny gown, which had a giant bow around the neck, in a black-and-white snap by Mikael Jansson.
