Leonardo DiCaprio's latest fling is reportedly a 23-year-old model. The "Titanic" actor was recently spotted with Lorena Rae in New York City. The pair enjoyed lunch with a male pal at Hillstone on Park Avenue on Monday, August 14.

According to a spy, Leo and Lorena "seem like an item." The spy tells Page Six, "They walked out together, he pulled down his hat over his eyes." The rumored couple was also spotted at MoMA PS1, from which she posted photos on Instagram.

Last week, Leo and Lorena were seen Rae Citi Biking his crew. Sources claim the pair has known one another for a while. Lorena was pictured hanging out with Leo and his entourage in Monaco back in May. She was also spotted on the same yacht with Leo, Tobey Maguire and friends in St Tropez in July.

A rep for Leo, however, insists that he and Lorena are "not dating."
