The woman alleged that the singer didn't warn her of the STD during their sexual encounter a few years ago when she attended one of his concerts.

AceShowbiz - Following reports claiming that Usher exposed a man and two women to herpes, celebrity attorney Lisa Bloom filed a lawsuit in California on Monday, August 7 on behalf of the three alleged victims, requesting a trial by jury. While the two accusers chose to remain silent, one of the women named Quantasia Sharpton spoke out at a press conference.

The 21-year-old woman said she met the R&B singer at a concert she attended for her 19th birthday before engaging in sexual contact shortly after. "He never warned me about any STDs," she said. "It was just after my 19th birthday. I never heard from him again. When I first heard reports that he had herpes, I couldn't believe it. I had a child a year ago, and I knew I was negative."

"Although I am negative, I am upset by the reports because I never would have consented, if I would have known. I would not have taken a risk of getting an incurable disease," Quantasia added. "I feel that my rights were violated. I am speaking out today on behalf of myself and others, some of whom are positive and are embarrassed to speak out publicly."

While the STD scandal is getting messier, Usher, whose real name is Usher Raymond IV, hasn't responded to any of the reports. "In these circumstances, which are unusual, if Mr. Raymond is negative, we call upon him to either contact all of his intimate partners since his diagnosis and notify them, or to make a public statement, so that people's minds can be put to rest," Lisa Bloom said during the conference.

According to the court document obtained by TMZ, the two female plaintiffs claim they had vaginal sex with Usher, while the male plaintiff allegedly had oral sex with him. "As a result of being diagnosed with Herpes and/or being exposed to the Herpes Virus. Plaintiffs have suffered severe emotional distress, birthing complications, stress, depression, anxiety about having contracted the disease or being exposed to Herpes," the suit reads.

It also notes that "plaintiffs have suffered embarrassment, shame, anxiety, and revulsion at Raymond's failure and refusal to deny that he has Herpes and offer medical evidence that his diagnosis is negative and that he could not have and did not expose the Plaintiffs to Herpes."
