AceShowbiz - Charlie Hunnam has revealed that he has another secret besides working out to maintain his well-built body shape. When gracing the cover of Men's Health magazine's April issue, the "Sons of Anarchy" alum reveals that sex plays a big part in maintaining his incredible physique.
The British actor has tried all kinds of sports including running, swimming, jumping rope, hiking and jiu-jitsu. He says, "I'm interested in having a high fitness level across the board." He later adds, "I also try to make love as often as I can. That's an important part of fitness."
Hunnam has been dating his longtime girlfriend Morgana McNelis for over a decade. Last year, he released a video asking his female fans to stop cyberbullying his girlfriend. He reveals to the magazine that working out helps him control his emotion. "I just feel happier, more positive, energized, and disciplined if I work out," says the actor.

He continues explaining about his obsession with working out. "I train a lot every day because I'm f**king crazy," he says jokingly. "We are supposed to be very active animals. It's our DNA. Sweating is how change my oil every day," he opens up.

Hunnam's role in the upcoming Guy Ritchie-helmed movie, "King Arthur: Legend of the Sword", demands a good physique. He had to work out "like a motherf**ker" since he was required to have to pack on 20 pounds of muscle for his titular character in the movie.
"King Arthur: Legend of the Sword" is set to hit U.S. theaters on May 12. Hunnam's other upcoming movies include "The Lost City of Z", which will be released on 21 April, and "Papillon", a remake of 1973 flick of the same title.
