Leonardo DiCaprio may have landed himself in trouble for attending a recent party. According to a new Radar Online report, the Oscar-winning actor was seen getting a little too close with a woman who's not his girlfriend, Nina Agdal.
An eyewitness told the publication that DiCaprio joined pal Tobey Maguire at Jonah Hill's birthday bash on Monday, December 19 at Catch in Los Angeles, where they got to hang out with nine models at their table.
The eyewitness claimed that the two men "were clearly having a blast" that night, especially DiCaprio. "Leo was kissing some model's neck that was definitely not Nina," the source said, noting that the girl DiCaprio kissed "was his typical type - some blonde model."

The onlooker went on sharing that Maguire, who split from his wife Jennifer Meyer just a few weeks ago, also seemed to be "revealing in the single life" as he was "hanging with Leo and his model groupies."
DiCaprio, whose model ex-lovers included Gisele Bundchen and Bar Refaeli, began dating Agdal earlier this year. "The Revenant" star and the Danish beauty were reported getting "more serious" just months before he was seen with another girl at the Monday party.
"Leo seems very into [Nina]," a source told PEOPLE in October. "He constantly holds her hand and kisses her. Nina seems to enjoy Leo's company too. She acts very giddy around him. She has great energy and seems to make Leo very happy."
The source continued gushing over the 24-year-old model, "She is quirky and has a very goofy personality. She seems mature for her age, too. Whenever they spend time together, Leo acts very happy. For Leo, Nina seems like a breath of fresh air."
