The electronic music band returns to the top of the Billboard Hot 100 and U.K. Official Charts with their latest collaboration with Justin Bieber and MO, 'Cold Water'.

AceShowbiz - Major Lazer scored a big hit in 2015 with the release of "Lean On" featuring MO. The song reached No. 4 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart and No. 2 in the U.K. charts and became Spotify's most streamed song of all time.

This year, Major Lazer and MO returned to the top of the Billboard Hot 100 and U.K. Official Charts with their latest collaboration with Justin Bieber, "Cold Water". The track reached No. 2 on the Billboard Hot 100 and No. 1 in several other countries, including on the U.K. Official Charts and the Billboard Hot Dance/Electronic Songs chart.

On landing their first U.K. chart-topper, the band consisting of Diplo, Jillionaire and Walshy Fire told OfficialCharts.com, "We can't believe we have our first Number 1 and are amazed at the support from the UK and are so thankful for the amazing Because team that we work Major Lazer records with. We have a lot more coming for you this summer!"

"Cold Water" serves as the lead single from Major Lazer's upcoming fourth studio album "Music Is the Weapon", which will feature collaborations with Sia Furler, Usher, Sam Hunt and Travis Scott (II). The record is expected to be released in January 2017.

Diplo told Zane Lowe's Beats 1 show of the group's new album, "Definitely we have Usher on it. ['Lean On' collaborator] MO's back on songs. We have a song with Sam Hunt which is very unusual, but I love him. Travi$ Scott. I don't even know; I have to go back...Sia is on a couple ideas, but one of the records might be her record. She's definitely background vocals on a song."

"This record has a lot of moving parts," he added, "Ed Sheeran helped write the record with us. Benny Blanco. They also had a big hit with Justin last year. It's like a big family we all do it together. We're all just people that worked together on the last year and then MO came in because we love her so much. We just want to put her on as many records on the new Major Lazer album as possible."
