Details of the upcoming "Scream Queens" season 2 have been revealed. The setting, plotline and some of the returning cast members are unveiled along with a teaser as the FOX show was brought to PaleyFest panel this weekend.

The sophomore installment will take place in hospital. Emma Roberts, Lea Michele, Abigail Breslin, Keke Palmer, Billie Lourd, Glen Powell, Niecy Nash and Jamie Lee Curtis are all confirmed to return for the new season.

The Chanels taken to asylum at the end of season 1 will somehow be exonerated and accepted to medical school. Dean finds a new passion after traveling the world and "identifies healthcare as her new battle." Zayday is a doctor while Denise works for FBI.

Executive producer Brad Falchuck teased what to expect from Hester, "In this hospital, there's some funny business going as well. There's an aspect to this show that involves murder and a killer and in those ways Hester is going to be intimately involved."
