Sam Claflin proudly announced that he's going to be a father on Thursday, November 5. Showing up at "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay, Part 2" U.K. premiere in London, the actor was accompanied by his very pregnant wife Laura Haddock.

Claflin did not say a word about the pregnancy during the red carpet walk at the Odeon Leicester Square but it was the British actor's parents who got ecstatic on social media. "Yep, it's out now, I'm going to be a grandpa," his father, Mark, tweeted on Thursday. "@samclaflin @laurajhaddock #Mockingjay2Londonpremiere #LeicesterSquare." His mom Sue chimed in, "So I can at last announce....I'm going to be a nana!!!"

Clad in tight-fitting bedazzled dress, Haddock held onto her bulging tummy as Claflin put a protective hand on the bump. The unborn baby will be the couple's first child together. He married the "The Inbetweeners" star in 2013 after meeting at the audition of "My Week with Marilyn" two years before that.

"My wife, Laura, is undoubtedly my best friend. We met at an audition for 'My Week with Marilyn' and there was an instant spark," Claflin said last year. "We found out we had the same agent and then bumped into each other the next morning at [a London Underground] station. I didn't know anything about her other than that her name was Laura, she was very attractive and she seemed lovely. But I went home, woke my friend up at 7 A.M. and said, 'I just met the girl I want to marry. I love this girl like, I love her. She's perfect.' "
