Miranda Lambert was honored with a star on Nashville's Music City Walk of Fame on Tuesday afternoon, October 6. Fellow country star Dierks Bentley presented the tribute to the "Mama's Broken Heart" songstress during the induction ceremony in the downtown Nashville.

Miranda wore a black jumpsuit with cutouts paired with black heels and sunglasses. The singer of "The House That Built Me" styled her short blonde hair in natural waves. She completed her look with a diamond ring and black nail arts. Dierks, meanwhile, donned black aviators, a black tee, a pair of jeans and brown shoes.

Miranda was among four iconic figures in country music industry who were honored with a star during the event. They were Johnny Cash, former Grand Ole Opry General Manager Bud Wendell and songwriter, producer and guitarist Steve Cropper.

Miranda said in a statement, "Thank you so much to the City of Nashville and Music City Walk of Fame for this honor and privilege. I am proud to join a heritage of other female inductees, such as Loretta Lynn, Dolly Parton, Trisha Yearwood, Reba McEntire, Emmylou Harris and Martina McBride."

"This is a milestone moment that I will cherish forever. I want to congratulate my fellow inductees, Steve Cropper, E.W. 'Bud' Wendell and the legendary Johnny Cash-just saying his name alongside mine, takes my breath away," she continued.
