A spokesman for the Riverside County Sheriff's Department Michael Vasques said in statement that the owner of Wolfee Donuts 'declined to press criminal charges against Ms. Grande.'

AceShowbiz - Ariana Grande's donut-licking video and "I hate America" comment which became a hot topic recently won't end up with legal problem. The singer is free from felonies for the incident after Joe Marin, the owner of donut shop Wolfee Donuts, refused to press any charges.

Michael Vasquez, deputy sheriff at Riverside County Sheriff's Department, said in a statement to PEOPLE that Ariana's case was closed after Joe "declined to press criminal charges against Ms. Grande."

Shortly after the video surfaced, Lake Elsinore Police, California and the Riverside County Department of Public Health investigated the shop. Following the investigation, the shop's rating was downgraded from "A" to "B."

According to Joe's statement to the site, his shop "got a B because the donuts were on top of the tray, and we were actually stocking up. My employees kept going in the back and grabbing some more ... They were minor things: little, tiny, minor things that were fixed in three days."

Joe said that the health inspector would return to his shop for a follow-up inspection on July 15, adding, "We already fixed all the problems."

Ariana has issued apology for the donutgate two times, but it doesn't mean people will stop poking fun at her. After being called out by Whoopi Goldberg, Ariana was slammed by Joel McHale in a hilarious rant in Friday, July 10 episode of "The Soup".

"I hate your ponytail, but you don't see me ruining pastries over it!" Joel said in a clip. He later pulled a donut out of a very NSFW place before licking and throwing it away.
