'Sesame Street' Spoofs 'Jurassic Park' With Giant Cookie
TV

Cookie Monster finds himself in trouble when a giant prehistoric cookie chases after him in 'Jurassic Cookie'.

AceShowbiz -

"Sesame Street" takes on "Jurassic Park", just days ahead of the release of the new installment of the film franchise, "Jurassic World". In the parody titled "Jurassic Cookie", Cookie Monster plays a brilliant scientist who uses an ancient piece of cookie to create a giant prehistoric cookie which later becomes an attraction of a "Jurassic Park"-esque theme park.

Visiting the theme park with his two grandkids, Cookie Monster finds them being chased by the giant cookie. "First time cookie ever tried to eat me!" he exclaims. The trio then try to figure out a word which starts with the "H" letter to stop the gingerbread giant.

"Jurassic World" is set 22 years after the first film, 1993's "Jurassic Park". Isla Nublar now features a fully functioning dinosaur theme park, Jurassic World, as originally envisioned by John Hammond. After 10 years of operation and visitor rates declining, in order to fulfill a corporate mandate, a new attraction is created to re-spark visitor's interest, which backfires horribly.

Chris Pratt leads the cast, joined by Bryce Dallas Howard, Vincent D'Onofrio, Jake Johnson, Ty Simpkins, Judy Greer, Irrfan Khan and Omar Sy. The movie will open in 3D, 2D and IMAX theaters across the States on June 12.
