Jodie Sweetin says the youngest Tanner will still be mentioned in the 'Full House' reunion although Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen won't return.

AceShowbiz - Michelle Tanner will not be completely excluded from "Fuller House". Jodie Sweetin reveals that the youngest Tanner will not be forgotten although Mary-Kate Olsen and Ashley Olsen who played the character won't be returning for the reunion.

"The Michelle character is still going to have a presence. It's not like we're not talking about her," she told Us Weekly. She additionally has nothing but good words for the Olsen twins, "I love and support [Mary-Kate and Ashley], and I think we're going to be just fine."

Sweetin will return as Stephanie Tanner. She is joined by Bob Saget (Danny Tanner), Dave Coulier (Joey Gladstone), John Stamos (Jesse Katsopolis), Lori Loughlin (Rebecca Donaldson), Candace Cameron (DJ Tanner), and Andrea Barber (Kimmy Gibbler).

Production is expected to begin next month for 2016 premiere. The project has been in development hell for a long time and Sweetin started to lose hope when it never got green light.

"We first started talking about this in like 2007, 2008 about trying to do some sort of a spinoff and kind of bringing the characters back. This has been a long time in the making," she opened up. "I had kind of given up for periods of time where I'm like, 'It's not going happen!' But we pitched it to Netflix and they were so excited about it."
