Kanye West was among performers for the 40th anniversary special of "Saturday Night Live" on Sunday, February 15. Treating viewers to a medley of his hit songs, the rapper kicked off his mini-set with "Jesus Walks" from his 2004 debut "The College Dropout".

West, wearing a grey hoodie, rapped the track while lying down on the ground. He later grabbed his own microphone to sing a few lines from his "Only One". Midway through his set, Sia Furler who covered her face in a huge blonde wig and Vic Mensa emerged on the stage to help him deliver the first TV performance of their collaboration "Wolves".

The latter song was produced by Cashmere Cat and Sinjin Hawke and has been confirmed as the track No. 1 from West's upcoming yet-to-be-titled album. It was first debuted by Kim Kardashian's husband last Thursday during a showcase for the Yeezy Boost, his new sneaker collaboration with Adidas.

The "Saturday Night Live" special also featured performances from other acts including Miley Cyrus and Paul McCartney. The former Disney star managed to keep her clothes on as she played a soulful cover of Paul Simon's "50 Ways to Leave Your Lover".

Cyrus' version was great. Clad in a white hot pantsuit, she showed off her amazing singing voice while being backed by a band that included "SNL" star Fred Armisen on tambourine.

Macca, meanwhile, kept things simple when he sang "Maybe I'm Amazed" on his piano. Earlier that night, he teamed up with Simon for an impromptu duet of The Beatles' "I've Just Seen a Face".
