According to a 911 call made by a security guard at the gated community where Bobbi lives, a neighbor claimed 'people were hitting each other and swinging' outside the house.

AceShowbiz - A fight reportedly broke outside Bobbi Kristina Brown's house a week before she was found unresponsive in a bathtub full of water. According to a 911 call released on Tuesday, February 10, a security guard at the gated community where Bobbi lives said a neighbor reported "some kind of domestic dispute" outside the house.

"Just had a neighbor call and report that there was, uh, people hitting each other and swinging outside in front of their--it's the townhomes in Ellard Village," the security guard, who identified himself as Rick Gilbert, said in the call made on January 23. Since Rick didn't give specific details of who and how many people were involved in the brawl, the dispatcher suggested to have the neighbor call 911 themselves.

Roswell police told FOX 5 that no one was home when they arrived at the scene. "We are still investigating," Roswell Police Chief Rusty Grant told the site, "Can't say that it's going to lead to charges. Can't say it's not."

Earlier in the day, Bobby Brown issued a statement through his lawyer Christopher Brown, slamming media for irresponsibly reporting on his daughter's condition. "We support the candlelight vigil for Bobbi Kristina. The Brown family is amazed by the love and support from all that attended. However the false reports that continue to appear in print and on the internet are egregious, false and will be dealt with at an appropriate time," the statement read.

"In particular, the false reporting of TMZ, The National Enquirer, The Atlanta Journal Constitution and the Daily Mail (UK) citing, police sources, family sources and Bobby Brown himself, will receive my attention. The desire to be 'first' has clouded the judgment of many reporters as they forgo accuracy," the statement continued, "This is a criminal investigation and the integrity of that process requires silence. We continue to request privacy in this matter. We thank everyone that supported the vigil for Bobbi Kristina. God is hearing our prayers."

After Bobbi's relatives said she's "progressing" and "getting better," her grandmother Cissy Houston was seen smiling when leaving the Emory University Hospital in Atlanta on Tuesday evening.
