Demi Lovato took to Instagram on Monday, November 17 to share a photo of her being kissed on the cheek by her boyfriend Wilmer Valderrama. She captioned it, "I never post personal pictures like this but f**k.. He is perfect. I miss my @wilmervalderrama."
Wilmer then responded to Demi's posting, which has garnered more than 630,000 likes, by sharing a sweet video of him along with caption, "Dear @ddlovato....." In the video, the "From Dusk Till Dawn" star was smiling and winking to the camera as he was driving a car.
Later on the day, Demi posted tweets which were apparently about Wilmer. "My heart has completely melted. Going back to sleep now... Life is so incredible. I really am the happiest woman on the planet right now," she wrote along with heart emoticons.
Demi and Wilmer have been dating on/off since 2010. They have remained tight-lipped about their relationship.
Before dating Wilmer, Demi was linked to Miley Cyrus' older half-brother Trace Cyrus and Joe Jonas, her co-star in "Camp Rock". Wilmer, meanwhile, was previously linked to Lindsay Lohan, Mandy Moore and Avril Lavigne.
