Morgan's lawyer Benedict Morelli says that the '30 Rock' star's doctors do not know whether the actor will ever perform again following severe injuries he sustained in a crash in June.

AceShowbiz - Tracy Morgan is still recovering from extensive injuries he sustained following a car crash on the New Jersey Turnpike in June. Morgan now is still undergoing daily speech, cognitive, vocational and physical therapies to regain his skills. The injuries may affect his future work.

When asked if Morgan will ever perform again, his lawyer Benedict Morelli tells Page Six that his doctors are unsure of the answer. "The jury's still out. The doctors don't know the answer. I don't know the answer," he says.

Back in June, the "30 Rock" star was heading home from a show when a Wal-Mart truck hit his car from behind. Comedian James McNair passed away in the crash while four other passengers in the car including Morgan were injured.

In July, Morgan filed a lawsuit against Wal-Mart, saying that the company was negligent in the ownership and operation of the truck. They responded recently, saying that Morgan's injuries "were caused, in whole or in part, by plaintiffs' failure to properly wear an appropriate available seatbelt restraint device."

Morgan fired back in a statement on Tuesday, September 30. "I can't believe Walmart is blaming me for an accident that they caused. My friends and I were doing nothing wrong," he said. "I want to thank my fans for sticking with me during this difficult time. I love you all. I'm fighting hard every day to get back."
