The 'Perfume' singer continues her singing and dancing as one of her 'Circus' backup dancers comes to her rescue.

Britney Spears' dress almost fell off during the second night of her Las Vegas residency show at Planet Hollywood. During "Circus" performance, her gold glittery sequin leotard popped open at the back threatening to reveal more than she intended.
The Southern Belle handled the Saturday, December 28 incident like a pro. Though looking a bit distracted, she managed to continue singing and dancing as one of her backup dancers was trying to fix the mishap before it could turn into a total disaster.
Britney's Sin City show kicked off Friday with a number of fellow stars in attendance. Miley Cyrus, Katy Perry and Selena Gomez were spotted among the crowd with Britney's mother Lynne and sister Jamie Lynn Spears. Meanwhile, Mario Lopez made a surprise appearance on stage.
"@KatyPerry Was SOOOO good to see you again girl! Glad we could make our Vegas date happen :)" Britney thanked her famous audience for their support. "@MileyCyrus Love you so much! Thank you for coming to #PieceOfMe! I adore you :)."
Celine Dion, who also has her own show in Vegas, wished the "Work B*tch" singer good luck as well by sending a floral bouquet. "The most beautiful flowers I've ever seen! Thank you Celine Dion!!" Britney tweeted. She also thanked Adam Lambert, Nicky Hilton, Paris Hilton and Lance Bass for coming.
