AceShowbiz - Jared Leto looks unrecognizable as a pretty drag queen on the front page of Candy magazine. The 30 Seconds to Mars frontman ditches his spiky hair and rocker attire in favor of a pink bob wig, full make-up on and girly ensemble to give him a Barbie look. He rocks long fake eyelashes and cherry red lipstick as he stares wide-eyed at the camera with his mouth opened.
His gender-bending magazine cover, which was photographed by Terry Richardson, comes on heels of his movie role as a transsexual with AIDS in "The Dallas Buyer's Club" that also stars Matthew McConaughey and Jennifer Garner. It's his first movie in four years since 2009's "Mr. Nobody" that features Diane Kruger and Rhys Ifans.
However, Leto is not the only male celebrity who's cross-dressing for the magazine. James Franco once let his inner woman out in full drag back in 2010. While Leto channeled Katy Perry meets Barbie in cotton candy look, the "Oz: The Great and Powerful" actor opted for darker look with black blazer and leather gloves.
