AceShowbiz - Nominees for this year's Billboard Latin Music Awards have been announced. It's revealed that Puerto Rican singer/rapper Don Omar and Miami-born rhymer Pitbull dominate the list by grabbing 16 nods in 14 categories and 14 noms in 12 categories respectively.

Omar and Pitbull bump into each other in some of the nods including Songs Artist of the Year - Male and Latin Pop Songs Artist of the Year - Solo. Omar places two singles "Taboo" and "Danza Kuduro" in the battles of Song of the Year, while Pitbull relies on one song only, "Give Me Everything".

Their domination is followed by Prince Royce with 12 nominations, Mana with 11, and Shakira as well as Romeo Santos with 10 each. The other nominees include Wisin & Yandel, Jennifer Lopez, Juanes, Daddy Yankee and Enrique Iglesias.

Though they are not Latinas, Katy Perry and Rihanna make the list. The West Coast pop singer and the Barbados R&B artist are nominated for Crossover Artist of the Year. They are vying for the prize along with LMFAO and Alexandra Stan.

Full nominees can be obtained on Billboard official site. The winners will be announced in a ceremony that airs April 26 live from the BankUnited Center in the Miami suburb of Coral Gables. Yankee and Juanes are among the artists who have been confirmed to perform.
