Kelly Clarkson delighted her devotees when she decided to perform a rendition of Madonna's classics "Crazy for You" at one of her tour stops. She sang the 1985 song in front of her fans at Riverdome in Bossier City on February 4. "I thought it'd be cool since Madonna's doing the Half Time show," so she said.

Before launching into the song, she told the crowd, "This next one I'm going to do, I picked a cover, so I thought y'all should get to pick a cover." She added, "We've been doing this on tour, cause I got here from fans voting for me 10 years ago so it's still cool that you all are involved in my show. This song was actually picked by a fan, two of them to be exact - Brian and Ally."

"This is like a couples-skate song!" Clarkson said in the middle of her performance. After completing her song, she explained, "You know how when you hear a song and it brings you to a moment? .. I was totally at the skating rink thinking of Michael Webb, whatever! So...anyway, I hated junior high and high school. I was that kid that never fit in."

During the Super Bowl, Clarkson delivered "The Star-Spangled Banner". She sang the national anthem before a match between the New England Patriots and New York Giants at the Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis. Madonna, meanwhile, performed during the halftime show. She brought LMFAO, Nicki Minaj, M.I.A. and Cee-Lo Green as her guests.
