Boca Tanning Club wants the 'Jersey Shore' star to be the face and partly-owner of the company.

A reality show, clothing lines, fitness DVDs and a book deal alone are not enough for Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino. The "Jersey Shore" star has nailed a six-figure deal with a tanning salon company and even earned a share.
Included among a group of people who are famous for their fake skin tone, Situation is to become the face of Boca Tanning Club. MPS Entertainment, a company which he runs with his brother, gets an ownership stake in the business, TMZ reported.
His first plan for the company is to open four new salons in New Jersey within next year. His family and friends are going to work in the shops.
The tanning deal comes on the heel of another business venture that he just signed. FLOW Formal, a New York based formal wear manufacturer, hired him to design tuxedos for young people, paying him a six-figure as well.
