Faith Evans' "Gone Already" has made its way out for viewing pleasure. Matching the mellow sound of the song, the clip highlights on the rocky relationship she has with her on-screen lover. The widow of late rapper Notorious B.I.G. sings her heart out to empty audience while a female and male are doing pantomime behind her.
"Gone Already" is the first single from "Something About Faith", Evans' first studio effort since 2005 "The First Lady". The song has been made available for digital download since August 10, while the album will not come out in the United States until October 5.
Featured guests on the album are Redman, Snoop Dogg, Keyshia Cole, Raekwon and Estelle among others. "2010 is shaping up to be an amazing year for me!" she said in a radio interview. "To be in a place where I have grown from an entertainer to an entrepreneur is truly a blessing. I am excited to share this incredible experience with my fans and the world."
