Cody claimed Miley has helped him rehearsing for his upcoming stint on "DWTS" and her father, Billy Ray Cyrus, even has given him some advice.

AceShowbiz - Having a very full plate on her agenda, Miley Cyrus would take a break from her hectic schedule to attend the highly anticipated "Dancing with the Stars" to show some support for her actor friend Cody Linley. "Miley and a bunch of my friends are going to come and support me," the TV star told E! News during a break from rehearsing for his upcoming stint on the competition.
Feeling "really, really excited" about having Miley and his other friends supporting him, Cody admitted to have been practicing his dance moves with the Disney sensation. He, moreover, also got some advice from her singer father Billy Ray Cyrus, who was a former contestant on the series.
Nevertheless, Cody told E! News to have no idea whether Miley would consider participating in the future. "I don't know. I have no idea. You'll have to ask Miley," he stated.
Cody is one of the contestants in the upcoming season 7 of "Dancing with the Stars." He's partnered with professional ballroom dancer turned country music singer Julianne Hough. The twosome will compete against other contestants, including Kim Kardashian, Toni Braxton, and Lance Bass just to name a few. The season 7 premiere will be aired Monday, September 22 at 8 P.M. ET on ABC.
Cody and Miley are co-stars in TV series "Hannah Montana". They previously were rumored to be dating after she was seen leaving his Los Angeles apartment late at night on September 2. He, however, denied the romance rumors, insisting he and Miley are "very, very close, and there is a connection".
