R&B singer Brandy has been sued by two boys whose mother was killed in a fatal Los Angeles freeway crash.

Another trouble has come towards Brandy. The singer has been hit by a second lawsuit over a December freeway crash.
The new lawsuit, filed Feb. 8 in Los Angeles Superior Court on behalf of victim Awatef Aboudihaj's parents, Aboudihaj Ahmed and Labridi Zohra, claimed the singer had recklessly caused the Dec. 30 crash on the San Diego Freeway that killed Awatef.
The suit, filed by lawyer Paul N. Philips, further claimed Awatef's two sons, Mrwan Mohamed, 14, and Kareem Mohamed, 10, will be forever harmed by the loss of their mother. "As a direct and proximate result of decedent's passing, plaintiffs forever lost the comfort, society, love, affection, advice, training, society, companionship, care and pecuniary and support of their mother," the suit said.
The suit seeks unspecified damages for the children, claiming they were forever harmed, described as "some permanent disability, resulting in currently unknown future expenses". Damages will be determined at trial, the lawsuit said.
In the meantime, the city attorney's office is still deciding whether to charge Brandy with misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter, which was recommended by California Highway Patrol investigators. If charged and convicted, the singer faces up to a year in jail and a $US1,000 fine.
