Mandy is psyched to hear they are holding auditions for America's Next Hot Teen Model in Denver. They're only expecting about 10,000 girls to show, so she's pretty confident she'll be able to win this thing. Mike encourages Mandy to follow her passion. Vanessa thinks having their daughter go on a show where everyone develops eating disorders is a mistake. She's such a killjoy.

Vanessa is tired of playing the bad cop in situations like this. She wants her hubby to step up to set some boundaries. Mike promises to do just that, but he doesn't. Mandy moves forward with her modeling plans by shooting some tastefully-done fashion photos. And by tastefully-done, we mean she drops her top to use only her hands as a cover. Needless to say, Mike and Vanessa freak.

When Mike learns Mandy texted the pictures to Travis, he heads out to retrieve them. Trav's mom is shocked to learn there are pictures of "under-boob" in her house. She makes some condescending remarks about the Baxter girls. Mike takes this criticism in stride. Wait a minute! No, he doesn't! Mike lectures the mom on the perils of raising three girls. Then he sinks the phone in a vase of water. Guess that'll effectively delete all those photos.

Mike seems to be making a lot of decisions about Outdoor Man without consulting Ed. For example, he fired a guy from shipping just because he was stealing. Mike also gave everyone the day off one Thursday in late-November. The fact that it happened to be Thanksgiving doesn't matter to his boss. Ed wants everyone to know he's still running the show. That's why he hires a bevy of bikini-clad babes to help sell snowmobiles. He calls these lovely ladies "Snowmobunnies!" Catchy, right? When Mike realizes that one of the bunnies is Kristin's friend, he sends them all home. It's a move that likely made all their dads happy.

Ed is upset to learn that his bunnies have been set free. It's not really about the girls though. Ed is bummed because he just turned the same age his dad was when he retired. Mike assures his boss that Outdoor Man is his place and retirement is not an option. Much to Mike's displeasure, the two friends hug it out.

Kristin is bummed because her manager at the diner has her working the counter where nobody ever tips. Her folks encourage her to stand up for herself at work. Kristin storms into her manager's office only to find him choking a chicken bone. She gave him the Heimlich maneuver to save the guy's life. Woo hoo! The manager she saved presents her with a picture of his five-year-old son. Thanks to Kristin, this little boy doesn't have to grow up without a dad. It's proof that her diner job isn't a waste. She still has to work the counter though.
