Hank asks Peggy to design a piece of art to satisfy the Arlen zoning board's requirements for approving the expansion of Strickland Propane. Peggy is crushed when the Probot, a sculpture made of propane cans, she designs, is rejected by the board. She is thrilled, however, when an art dealer from Dallas decides to showcase her art. Unfortunately, when she discovers he is presenting her as an uneducated hillbilly so that people will find her interesting and buy her art, Peggy is devastated.
Meanwhile, Dale purchases a suit of armor from a local restaurant that has gone out of business and wears it to wreak havoc on the neighborhood without fear of repercussions.
