When Bobby's school shuts down because of an asbestos problem, Hank takes Bobby with him to work to learn successful business practices. But Hank's plans go awry when Bobby becomes swept up in the competitive nature of Strickland Propane and follows the sales tactics of Hank's colleagues.
Hank prefers to invest time in his clients rather than going for the quick sale. Hank's colleagues, however, prefer to sell quickly, without worrying that their customers will be dissatisfied because they don't know how to use the propane products.
Meanwhile, to celebrate his birthday, Bill decides he wants to strap weather balloons to a chair and attempt to fly.
