Anxious to raise money to repair the dilapidated and graffiti-ridden Teakettle of the Mount, a large rock visited by Hank and his family in the form of a teakettle, Hank goes to the city manager for help. the new city manager is unwilling to help Hank in his endeavor, so Peggy begins doingInvestigative reporting to see if there might be some historic significance to help their case.
