Carly wishes she had a "normal" brother after Spencer's magnetic tree sculpture catches fire incinerating all of her presents. Magically a Christmas angel named Mitch appears and sets out to earn his wings (Chicken Wings, that is) by showing her what her life would be like if Spencer were a buttoned-up lawyer: Sam's in a Juvenile Detention Center since "normal" Spencer never allowed the girls to play together.
