Synopsis

Miley decides to go get her driver's license but kicks out her driving teacher because he ruined her car. Then Amber gets her license and shows it off since she's the first to get her license. Oliver then tells everyone that Miley got her license first. So she tells everyone that she's going to drive to the beach party.
